Dr. Marjorie Chiarolanzio

A native Michigander who grew up passionate about history, debate, and international affairs, Dr. Chiarolanzio is also certified by the Florida Department of Education in Secondary Social Studies and Educational Leadership. A faculty member since 2014, “Dr. C” directs Oxbridge’s highly regarded Model United Nations program, which won state and national competitions in 2020, 2021 and 2023.

Kevin Colling

English Teacher

Mr. Colling has worked in education since 1980, including 17 years as a principal in public and private schools. He also served as school improvement coordinator for the Vermont Department of Education, assistant headmaster of Westminster Schools of Augusta, Georgia, and headmaster of The King’s Academy in West Palm Beach. He has been teaching at Oxbridge since 2013.

Shannon Duff

Associate Director of College Counseling

Ms. Duff has been an Associate Director of College Counseling at Oxbridge Academy since 2019. Previously, she worked as an independent college advisor in the New York City metro area and in Los Angeles. As a graduate student, Ms. Duff worked as a reader for Yale's Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Shannon also worked in structured finance and asset management at an investment bank.

Rob Frackelton

Economics Teacher

A member of the Oxbridge Academy faculty since 2014, Mr. Frackelton’s teaching success is highlighted by a 2017 Florida Council on Economic Education (FCEE) “Teacher Spotlight,” a Florida Stock Market Challenge Distinguished Advisor of the Year award along with three Governor’s Awards of Excellence from FCEE. After receiving a grant from the Anne Goss Foundation, he helped establish Oxbridge’s Student Investment Club, which continues to grow today. In October of 2022, Mr. Frackelton helped launch the Free Enterprise Institute with a distinguished speaker series and other programming that examines the role of capitalism in finance, economics, and entrepreneurship. Currently, Mr. Frackelton serves as the coordinator for the FEI and enjoys sharing his passion for economics with the rest of the community.

Jacobi Howard

Theater Director
Education: B.F.A., University of North Carolina School of the Arts

Theater Director Jacobi Howard has over two decades of experience as an actor, writer, and director in theater, film, and television. His credits include roles in films such as The Book of Clarence and the Netflix movie The Harder They Fall. He has shared stage and screen with stars such as Idris Elba and Kathleen Turner and has written for an Apple TV series set to debut. As a playwright, his works including "Pants on Fire," "Dirt," and "Souls Amid the Iron Partition" -- have been performed in venues throughout North Carolina. Howard has taught youth master classes, audition workshops, television and film camera techniques, cold readings, and résumé preparation for professional auditions. As a teacher, he says, "I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where students can express themselves authentically and explore their creativity."

Lily Jurskis

Ms. Jurskis, a proud Oxbridge Academy alum '17, has returned to her alma mater to share her passion for education with her students. Since 2020, Ms. Jurskis has been a dynamic substitute teacher at Oxbridge, eventually becoming a full-time English teacher. An accomplished writer, poet, and visual artist, she has garnered numerous awards and is a sought-after public speaker and podcast guest. Ms. Jurkis brings a unique global perspective to her classroom, having studied art history, poetry, and English literature across Italy and England. Her diverse experiences and creative achievements make her a vibrant and inspiring presence in the classroom.

Scott Leljedal

Upon graduating from Florida State, Mr. Leljedal began his math teaching career at Tallahassee Community College and Franklin Academy. His passion for mathematics motivated him to pursue a master’s degree while teaching in the Broward County Public School District. Before joining Oxbridge Academy in 2019, he taught at Oak Hall School and served as an adjunct professor at Santa Fe College, both in Gainesville, Florida.

Melissa Lemus

2D Art Teacher
Education: B.A., Illustration, Ringling College of Art and Design
M.Ed, Art Education, University of Florida

Before joining Oxbridge in 2012, Ms. Lemus taught in public schools in Houston as well as in the private sector in West Palm Beach. Many of her students have gone on to pursue advanced art education degrees at the Fashion Institute of Technology, RISD, SCAD, Parsons, Pratt, and Ringling College of Art and Design.

Frank LoPresti

Science/Flight Simulator Instructor
Education: Electronics & Audio Engineer Degree in Information Technology Certifications, Institute of Audio Research, N.Y., St. John's University, Jamaica, N.Y., Certified Flight Instructor, CFII certified flight Instructor and ground Instructor, CompTIA A+

Mr. LoPresti is a seasoned aviation professional with a wealth of flight experience and instructional expertise. He holds an ATP pilot certificate with type ratings in Shorts SD-3 and BE-300 King Air and is a certified flight instructor (CFII). With over 2600 hours of  flight time, including experience in various aircraft types such as BE-90, BE 300, Pilatus PC-12, and Cirrus SR 22, Mr. LoPresti has logged more than 1400 hours of dual instruction in aircraft and in advanced training devices (ATDs) and level D full motion simulators.
Since 2019, he has served as an independent flight and ground instructor, specializing in the King Air 350. Prior to this he worked as a Second in Command (SIC) and First Officer (FO) for multiple aircraft, including the BE300, Pilatus PC-12, and Cirrus SR-22. Frank has undergone extensive training, including ATP-CTP, emergency procedures, and cockpit procedures training. In addition to his flying career, he has a background in technology and management, having worked as a technical coordinator and computer technician for New Fairfield Town & Board of Education.

Oona Mulligan

Ms. Mulligan has taught history at Oxbridge Academy since 2012. Before joining Oxbridge, she taught and coached an array of sports at public and private schools. In 2017, she was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at her alma mater, Immaculate High School, where she taught and also coached the cross country, field hockey, and track teams.

Lindsay Rosado

Math and Learning Support Teacher
Education: B.A., Mathematics, University of Florida

Ms. Rosado was born with a passion for mathematics. Her love for the subject grew in high school and college, eventually leading to a career in education. Before joining Oxbridge Academy in 2024, Rosado taught math at The Batt School, serving students with varied levels in grades six through 12. Before that, she taught middle and high school math at Somerset Academy Canyons School, also serving as Math Department Chair. In 2015-2016, Ms. Rosado was named Teacher of the Year and served as the school’s Mu Alpha Theta (Math National Honor Society) sponsor.

Tracy Wolfe

Learning Support Specialist
Education: B.S., Ed Special Education, English, Minor, Public Relations, Benedictine University, B.A., Ed English Education, University of North Florida M.Ed, Special Education, University of North Florida

Mrs. Wolfe has worked in education and public relations. She was a special education teacher and department head in Illinois and North Carolina schools and handled public relations work for NASCAR. She joined Oxbridge Academy in 2015 and coached the girls’ basketball team from 2015 to 2019, winning state championships in 2018 and 2019 and three regional and district championships during her coaching tenure.
